White, vinyl coated aluminum interior
cabinet liner (black vinyl available at no extra charge)
with 300 series stainless steel floor. Construction of
liner in accordance with NSF standards.
Frame Rail . . .
Cabinet mounted on a welded,
galvanized frame rail, painted for additional corrosion
protection.
Shelving . . . 4 adjustable
vinyl coated wire shelves per section. Shelves capable
of supporting up to 250 lbs.
Shelf Support Pilasters
. . . Full height
shelf support pilasters, with double oblong holes on
1/2" centers. Pilasters made of the same material
as cabinet interior. Four (4) chrome plated, stainless
steel shelf clips to be included for each shelf.
Refrigeration System . . .
- Refrigeration system factory
balanced using CFC free R404A refrigerant.
- Bottom mounted condensing unit - easy access for
maintenance.
Capillary Tube System . . .
Factory pre-engineered capillary tube
system with oversized condenser and evaporator to reduce
product pull down time and to consistently maintain 38°F to
42°F interior cabinet temperature.
TAC Units . . .
The TAC units are designed to operate
in an environment where temperature & humidity do not
exceed 75°F and 55% humidity.
Cautions . . .
Locate unit away from direct sunlight,
rapid air currents or extreme temperature changes.
Exposure to air currents from ceiling fans, air
conditioners, exterior doors, etc. will disrupt air curtain
and refrigerated zone within.
Evaporator .
. .
Epoxy coated at time of manufacture to
eliminate the potential of corrosion.
Warranty . . .
5 year compressor warranty, 1 year
parts, 90 days labor.
