balanced refrigeration system holds 32°F-38°F. Factory
engineered self-contained, capillary tube system using
environmentally friendly (CFC free) 134A refrigerant. Guided
airflow provides uniform product temperature.
Evaporator . . . Epoxy coated
to eliminate the potential of corrosion. Sealed, cast iron,
self-lubricating evaporator fan motors and larger fan blades
give True worktop units a superior low velocity, high volume
airflow design. The unique design insures faster temperature
recovery and shorter run times in the busiest of foodservice
environments.
Condensing Unit . . . Condensing
unit access in back of cabinet, can be slide out for easy
maintenance.
Insulation . . . Foamed-in-place,
high density polyurethane insulation (CFC free).
Exterior . . . All stainless
steel front, top and cabinet ends. Matching aluminum
finished back.
Interior . . . Attractive,
NSF approved, white aluminum liner. 300 series stainless
floor with coved corners.

diameter stem castors standard - locks provided on front

Doors . . . Doors have a
stainless steel exterior with white aluminum liner to match
cabinet interior. They are positive seal self-closing and
swing within cabinet dimensions. Doors fitted with 12"
long recessed handles that are foamed-in-place with a sheet
metal interlock to insure permanent attachment. Magnetic
door gaskets of one piece construction, removable without
tools for ease of cleaning.
Shelves . . . 2 adjustable,
heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves per door. Shelf support
pilasters made of same material as cabinet interior;
adjustable on 1/2" increments.
Maximum Space . . . Slides easily
under counters, extra deep design maximizes space for
refrigerated food storage.
Electrical . . . Unit
completely pre-wired at factory and ready for final
connection to a 115/60/1 phase - 15 amp dedicated outlet.
